The Company provides a dedicated channel for reporting violations, unlawful conduct or relevant irregularities pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Organisation, Management and Control Model and the Code of Ethics.

In accordance with applicable law, reports may be submitted by employees, self-employed workers, collaborators, freelance professionals, consultants, volunteers, trainees, shareholders and persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative functions, as well as by other parties having relationships with the Company. Reports relevant under the 231 Model adopted by Essetiplast GD SRL will be forwarded to the Supervisory Body.

The channel guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, of the persons involved and of anyone otherwise mentioned in the report, as well as protection against any retaliation, within the limits provided for by applicable law. The reporting person will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days and feedback on the measures taken by the Company within 3 months of the acknowledgement of receipt.
